Scott Wheeler, owner and president of Wheeler Appraisal, LLC has been a city of Austin local since 1983. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Scott Wheeler joined Wheeler & Associates as a staff appraiser and began appraising residential properties throughout Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding central Texas communities in 1993.
In 2003, Scott Wheeler became a partner at Wheeler & Associates. In 2019 Scott became owner/president of Wheeler Appraisal LLC. In addition to his Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license, Scott also holds a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license and is a Member of the Austin Board of Realtors.
With over 30 years of experience, Scott continues to provide residential appraisal services for homes and rental properties for his clients in Austin and central Texas, oversee business operations, and manage his team of residential appraisers and appraiser trainees.
